Doom’s Phase abilities grant him indefinite 30%

While Doom has less than 3 Bars of Power, the Attacker’s Spirit Gain Rate is increased by 300%.
None Defy Doom’s Will!
Only the will of Victor von Doom could contain such power. He starts the fight with 99 Will, which persists between fights.
When struck by the final hit of a Special Attack, he loses 4 Will.
If Dread Emperor Doom has a personal Amplify Passive, attempting to hit him during his own Special Attacks consumes 1 Amplify Passive to remove 3 Will.
Doom’s disdain for lesser beings reinforces his Will. Whenever he would lose Will, he loses 2 less for each rarity the Attacker is below his own. Min: 1.
When Doom’s Will is depleted, if he has greater than 1% Health remaining, the Chronoserpent attempts to wrest control in an explosion that removes 33% of his Max Health, all of his Power, and all his personal effects. He then regains his Will.
Baptism of Doom
Certain hits inflict Baptism of Doom, which prevents the Attacker from performing actions and guarantees the next incoming attack will be lethal.
When the Attacker is Knocked Out, the Baptism is converted into a single permanent Cross-Fight Doom’s Blessing.
Go With Doom’s Blessing - Cross-Fight
When a Champion removes one or more Will from Doom, each active Doom’s Blessing removes 1 additional Will.
At the start of the fight, Doom loses 1 Will for each Blessing on the Opponent.
Blessings earned in one Phase are removed in others.
Heavy Attack & Special Attack 3
These attacks are guaranteed Knock Outs.
Doom’s Heavy Attack cannot be Interrupted, but it can be Punished.
Special Attack 1 - Aura of Oroboros
On activation, trigger the Aura of Ouroboros for 9 seconds.
The Aura’s duration is reduced by 1 second while Dread Emperor Doom is suffering from Slow, and by 1 second while suffering from Petrify.
While the Aura is active, Doom’s attacks cannot be Blocked, Evaded, or caused to Miss, and they always force reactions, even against Unstoppable Attackers.
While the Aura is active, Doom cannot be knocked down, except by Special Attack 3.
Special Attack 2 - Countdown of Doom!
Dread Emperor Doom starts each fight and Phase with 5 Countdown Charges.
Each time Doom activates his Special Attack 2, he loses 1 Charge.
When the last Charge is lost, Doom immediately generates 3 Bars of Power.
Phase 1 - God of Serpent - 100% to 67% Health
When Dread Emperor Doom activates a Special Attack, he gains 2 Amplify Passives plus an additional 1 if he had none.
For the rest of the fight, when the Attacker would receive lethal damage, they are instead inflicted with Baptism of Doom.
Phase 2 - King of Serpent - 66% to 34% Health
When Dread Emperor Doom is knocked down, he gains 4 Amplify Passives.
For the rest of the fight, Special Attack 1 inflicts Baptism of Doom on hit.
Phase 3 - Master of Serpent - 33% to 1% Health
Whenever a Countdown Charge is lost, Dread Emperor Doom gains 3 Amplify Passives for each missing Charge.
For the rest of the fight, Special Attack 2 inflicts Baptism of Doom on hit.
Phase 4 - Slave of Serpent - 1% Health
Dread Emperor Doom gains 1 Amplify Passive every 2.5 seconds.
For the rest of the fight, Doom’s Light and Medium Attacks inflict Baptism of Doom on hit.
Doom can only be Knocked Out by a Heavy Attack, and only once his Will is completely depleted.
