Always Active - Power Loop
At the start of the fight, Kang activates a countdown timer of 10 second(s), and randomly selects either 0, 1, 2, or 3 Bars of Power.
When the timer expires, if the Opponent has that many Bars of Power, they have a 140% chance to gain a Power Charge. If they do not gain one or it fails due to chance, they instead take 41,298 Direct Damage, unaffected by Ability Accuracy.
If Kang is knocked down by the Special Attack corresponding to the selected Bars, Power Loop is immediately removed and the Opponent gains a Power Charge.
Kang then selects a new number of Bars and restarts the timer. Bar selections will not repeat until all numbers have been selected.
Power Loop is Paused while the Opponent uses the corresponding Special Attack, during all of Kang’s Special Attacks, and for 3.5 second(s) when Kang is hit by a Heavy Attack.
Power Charges persist between fights until they are removed by other abilities.
Phase Transitions
Kang has prepared 4 Phases for the fight. Completing a Phase sets both Champion’s Power to 0. Power Loop, Time Collapse, and dormant Fury are all removed with no effect.

During Time Collapse, Kang is Passively Stunned, cannot gain Power, and his Neuro-Kinetic Suit damage reduction is reduced to 0%. This Stun does not reduce future Stun duration.

Phase 2 - 90% to 51% Health
When the Opponent has 4 Power Charges, Kang suffers from a Time Collapse for 10 second(s).
The Opponent gains 1% of a Bar of Power every second. This increases by 1% every time they activate a Special Attack to a max of 7%, resetting after Time Collapse.
The costs of both Champion’s Special Attacks are reduced to 50%. This will not trigger if the Special Attack already costs less than 50%.
The Opponent suffers -60% Ability Accuracy during their Special Attacks.
The Power Gain effect from Special Attack 1 is increased by 50% flat.
In Phases 2 and 3, every time Power Loop selects 1, 2, or 3 Bars, Kang gains 4 dormant Fury Passives. One Fury is removed every 2.25 second(s). Selecting 0 Bars grants 2 indefinite ones.
When the Opponent gains a Power Charge, all dormant Fury are transferred to them. Fury Passives activate during Time Collapse, each granting 10% Base Attack. When Time Collapse expires or the Phase ends, the Opponent loses these Fury Passives.
Phase 3 - 50% to 2% Health
When the Opponent has 6 Power Charges, Kang suffers from a Time Collapse for 10 second(s).
The Opponent loses 1% of a Bar of Power every second. This increases by 1% every time they activate a Special Attack to a max of 7%, resetting after Time Collapse.
If the Opponent performs the same combo-ending attack (Fourth Light, Second Medium, or Heavy) twice in a row, they are Power Drained for 50% of a Bar of Power.
The Power Drain effect from Special Attack 1 is increased by 50% flat.
Phase 4 - 2% Health and below
At the start of this phase, Kang’s Neuro-Kinetic Suit malfunctions and begins to leak energy. Its damage reduction is increased to 100% against everything other than Special Attack 3, and both Champion’s Power is set to 0. Power Loop is removed entirely.
Additionally, Kang gains 18% of a Bar of Power every second, and the Opponent gains up to 25% of a Bar of Power every second, based on how close they are to Kang.
Kang is Unblockable and his Special 1 and Special 2 are Locked.
Special Attack 1
Any hit that Strikes the Opponent Stuns them for 2.4 second(s).
Any hit that is Blocked Drains 50% of a Bar of Power and grants no Power.
Any hit that does not Strike the Opponent or their Block grants 50% of a Bar of Power.
Special Attack 2
Any hit that Strikes the Opponent or their Block inflicts Power Lock and Special Lock for 8 second(s).
While suffering from this Power Lock, Kang gains 100% of the Power the Opponent would gain.
Special Attack 3
Instantly KO the Opponent. This damage cannot be prevented or reduced.
