Missions From Thanos
Corvus Glaive has 4 missions to accomplish. Whenever completing a mission, he gains 1 Persistent Charge and a Cruelty Buff, increasing his Critical Damage Rating by 4,125. Missions can be completed in any order.
Corvus Glaive starts the fight with a number of the above Cruelty Buffs equal to his Persistent Charge.
Mission 1: Eliminate Avengers: Knockout a member of the Avengers. Once this mission is complete, Corvus gains 10 additional Glaive charges when fighting against a member of the Avengers.
Mission 2: Sabotage Technology: Knockout a Tech Champion. Once this mission is complete, Tech Champions have 25% reduced Ability Accuracy.
Mission 3: Hunt the Uncanny: Knockout a Mutant Champion. Grants Safeguard against opponent’s Special 2 Attacks if the synergy with Wolverine, X-23 or Storm is active.
Mission 4: Challenge Defenses: Use a Heavy or Special Attack to knock down an opponent that used Evade or Auto-Block in a fight. Once this mission is complete, his True Damage Buff becomes a True Strike Buff if the synergy with Proxima Midnight is active.
Glaive’s Immunity
Corvus Glaive does not take damage from , Bleed and Shock Debuffs, nor Frostbite, while Glaive’s Immunity is active. When Glaive’s immunity reactivates or is disabled, those Debuffs are Purified and Corvus takes 2,092.4 damage.
At the start of the fight, Corvus gains 20 permanent Glaive charges, granting him True Damage and guaranteed Critical Hits with his glaive as long as Glaive’s Immunity is active. A charge is spent every time Corvus hits with a Basic Attack using his glaive.
Corvus Glaive can trigger Critical Hits through an enemy Block.
Corvus’ blade is damaged after he uses all of his Glaive charges, disabling Glaive’s Immunity for 50 seconds. Corvus cannot inflict Critical Hits while Glaive’s Immunity is disabled.
When Glaive’s Immunity reactivates if Corvus has 0 Glaive Charges, he regains all of his Glaive charges.
When Knocked Down
