Abilities
Thanos's Favor - Max Persistent Charges 10
At the beginning of the fight, 1 Thanos’s Favor Buff is gained per Persistent Charge. These Buffs last 10 seconds each and they gain effects based on the number of charges. These Buffs have their duration paused for 2.5 second each time an attack is landed.
Thanos has directed Cull to spread the maximum possible amount of mayhem, allowing him to start with 3 Persistent Charges in Battlegrounds or in the first fight of Alliance War.

Cull Obsidian has 3 Missions to complete, which may be done in any order. Each Mission can be completed multiple times and doing so grants 1 Persistent Charge.

Dash Back and Hold Block for 1.2 Seconds - Once Per Fight
Cull Obsidian overcharges his weapon to gain a Rout Buff for 8 seconds. This causes his opponent to suffer -100% Auto-Block Ability Accuracy and also grants his attacks an additional burst of Energy Damage equal to 120% of the damage dealt.
Heavy Attacks
75% chance per strike to inflict an Armor Break Debuff, reducing Armor by 1,480.77 for 14 seconds. This effect gains +5% duration and Ability Accuracy for each Persistent Charge.
Special Attacks
Cull Obsidian’s overwhelming presence reduces the opponent’s Armor Up Ability Accuracy by 100% during his Special Attacks.
Special Attack 1
Combat expertise grants 10 Combo Shield Buffs. When struck, 1 Combo Shield Buff is lost instead of the Combo Meter resetting. Max: 10 Combo Shield Buffs.

Each strike has a 100% chance to pause personal Armor Break Debuffs on the opponent for 5 seconds.
