Abilities
Enhanced Dexterity
Elite Wakandan training grants 2 Ranks of the Mastery.
Precision Buffs gained from Dexterity last +3 seconds and can stack up to 20 times. Striking the Opponent only removes 1 Dexterity Precision Buff per hit.
Start each fight with 15 Dexterity Precision Buffs.
Medium Attacks grant 2 Dexterity Precision Buffs.
Avoiding an attack with Dexterity grants 3 Precision Buffs.
Mastery Bonus Ranks Above Max
Any Mastery Ranks Okoye gains stack with any Ranks already invested and can increase a Mastery beyond its Max Rank limit.
For each Rank above Max, the benefits of the Opponent’s , , , and Masteries are reduced by 25%. Max: 100%.
Debuffs and Critical Damage Multiplier
Instead of increasing Critical Damage, Okoye’s Critical Damage Multiplier grants increased Debuff duration, excluding Stun. Okoye’s modified Debuff duration can be seen in brackets.
Dodging an attack inflicts the Opponent with a non-stacking Debuff for 12 (18) seconds.
Critical Hits inflict a Bleed and Shock Debuff, dealing 1,278.84 Direct Damage and Energy Damage over 3 (4.5) seconds. Each time an Immunity prevents a Bleed or Shock Debuff, refresh 4 Bleed and 4 Shock Debuffs on the Opponent.
Combo Shield & Combo Meter
Okoye starts each fight with an indefinite Passive.
Light Attacks grant +1 Combo Meter per hit.
When Okoye’s Combo Meter reaches 50, gain a 60% Passive for 20 seconds which can’t re-trigger while active. While this Vicious is active, pause all Precision Buffs on Okoye. When this Vicious ends, Okoye’s Combo Meter is lost.
Heavy Attack - Combo Meter 30+
The final hit consumes 20 Combo Meter to remove and re-inflict up to 10 personal Bleed or Shock Debuffs on the Opponent.
Special and Heavy Attacks
The first hit is a Guaranteed Critical Hit.
Critical Hits pause all Buffs on Okoye and all Debuffs on the Opponent, excluding Stun, for 1.5 seconds.
Special Attack 1
On activation, gain a non-stacking 60% Buff for 14 seconds. While active, each time a Debuff on Okoye expires, gain +2 Combo Meter and 2 Dexterity Precision Buffs.
Special Attack 2
Critical Hits inflict an additional Bleed and Shock Debuff. Non-Critical Hits inflict 1 Bleed and Shock Debuff.
Special Attack 3
For every 10% Max Health the Opponent is missing, this attack gains +2,131.4 Attack Rating and the Opponent Passively suffers -10% Ability Accuracy.
