Calm Under Pressure
Always at the ready, Cyclops's cannot be reduced.
As an Attacker, rather than running forward when not performing an action, Cyclops stands still. This stoicism unnerves the Opponent and makes them more aggressive.
Start each fight against non-Tech Champions with a Buff for 10 seconds, refreshed when gaining a personal Precision. If not active, it retriggers when Cyclops activates any Special Attack.
Precision
A master marksman, Cyclops’s Precision Passives increase his Critical Rating by +144.74 for 10 seconds. These expire one at a time and are refreshed when he gains a new one. Max stacks: 20.
